A Sigh to Behold

How nice to be awakened early in the morning by the sweet songs of the  chirping birds, satisfyingly setting my eyes upon the wonderful world of nature around me.
Nature lies all around us. It Is  the blue sky above, the fresh air we breath, the smiling sun up in the sky during the day, and the twinkling stars at the night, the fragrant flowers that bloom and fade, the green grass under out feet, rains that come and go, and everything which is God given. this are the miracles of creation.
Wherever we go natures invites our attention and admiration. Even things we tend to ignore have their own elements of beauty. The common grass by the side, the busy butterflies and bees surrounding the flowers, the tall trees along the wide road and several others are truly the thing which many of us hardly noticed but undoubtedly make our lives more enjoyable and much richer
Look around and make your self as well as others see the miraculous work of God. The fields which are barren during the dry season turn green when the mild's rain come. The leaves  that fall during the windy days, grow abundantly when the climate has been kind to them. The trees which are bald after the harvest season become overladen with big and juicy fruits once again. The migrating birds after the cold season return and start building their homes. Indeed, it is such a nice  thing to alive  to appreciate all these. Such are the gifts of our Maker, and such is a real to behold.

Minimizing Juvenile Delinquency

Today, the business of crime advances with science and it is a shame that while man can control his surroundings, he is still unable to control himself. In this modern way of living, the rate the rate of crime is increasing each year. It includes juvenile delinquency. Many people indiscriminately like to find an easy way of living whereby they do not have to exert any effort nor sweat to sow an eventually reap their own harvest. As of now, here are several causes of juvenile delinquency. May sasy it has something to do with  the upbringing of the parents. In view of the high standard of living, most parent strive hard to give their children a brighter future. But in the process of it all, they forget to give their children the much needed attention and their parental love. When the child could not find these at home, He goes to places wherein his presence is given special attention. He mingles with his " barkadas " who will later tempt to take drugs. Then he learn to steal money in order to support his drug addiction. At this stage, it is often too late. When his parents discover his condition, the child is already hooked  and trapped in a dirty, sinful world.
Juvenile delinquency can be prevented or controlled if we help this unfortunate youths to think and realize their folly and mistakes. It has been said that a clay when still wet and not yet placed under the sun, can be molded into the shape we desire. But how about a dry clay? can we mold and return it back to its original shape? certainly not. Just like the youth, if the parents do not give good examples when they are still young, they will suerly find it hard to mold them when they had already grown up. Parents should therefore be the first teachers in the lives of their children.
Dr. Jose Rizal once said that  the youths of today are the leaders of tomorrow. Perhaps that would not come true because at this very moment the youths pose as a big problem to our country.
